Lunch with the Principal Protocol:
When a student buys lunch with the principal, Shelley asks the students where they want to eat, Shelley then gives me the form and I identify the date for the lunch. After that, it goes in your box and the students can fill out their food choice selections. It then comes back to me so I can go buy the lunches on the day of our lunch.
Construction Update:
They are starting the construction on rooms 4. Fencing will go by around December 4th. We will have access to room 1,2 and 8. Band will continue in room 8. Room 1 and 2 will be available for PTA, and additional needs as they come. Room 1 and 2 can be used for Kinder inclement weather. Kinder playground will be used as long as it is accessible. Preschool can use room 1 and kinder playground as needed as well. It is going to be loud and intrusive. Please let me know if there are any concerns, reminder that the construction workers are told not to talk to you or the students, this is for safety and to streamline information. Please let Roe and I know of any issues. If we are not immediately available, take a picture and text us, we can get it taken care of even if we are offsite.
